Payment
As soon as you select a subscription plan, the corresponding amount is billed monthly in advance at the beginning of each calendar month.
Payment is processed automatically via our payment provider Stripe – conveniently by credit card or PayPal.
After each successful payment, you will receive a detailed invoice including VAT via email for your records. Access to all booked features is activated immediately upon payment.
Cancellation and refund
You can cancel your subscription at any time directly via the user panel, with just a few clicks. Alternatively, cancellation via email is also possible: contact@vitonode.com.
If you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current calendar month and will then end automatically. For example, if you cancel on July 10, your access will remain active until July 31 and will then end automatically. This means you retain full access until the end of the month, and no further charges will apply thereafter. Please note: Partially used months will not be refunded. Since billing is done monthly and the service remains available until the end of the month even after cancellation, refunds for started months are generally not provided.
In exceptional cases (e.g., technical issues during the initial activation), we will of course review your request individually – simply send us a short email.
