Payment
Payment for the VitoNode device is made once in advance during the ordering process on our website.You can pay securely via our payment service provider Stripe – using credit card or PayPal. After a successful purchase, you will automatically receive an invoice with VAT shown via email.
Refunds
Refunds may be issued in two cases:
• Return due to defects (Warranty)
If your device has a defect within the statutory or voluntarily extended warranty period, we offer a repair, replacement, or refund. The exact conditions and procedure can be found on our Warranty page.
Please note: Returns are only permitted after prior inspection and approval by our support team.
• Return without Defect (Right of withdrawal)
If you wish to return the device for other reasons, you may exercise your statutory right of withdrawal as a consumer (§13 BGB):
• The return must be made within 14 days of receipt
• The device must be in undamaged, original condition and complete
• The withdrawal must be submitted by email to contact@vitonode.com
• The return shipping costs are borne by the buyer if there is no defect
Once your return has been successfully reviewed, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days to the original payment method.
